Vecihi Co is a boutique FEP consultancy built by a small, senior-led team that lives and breathes free energy and time-resolved molecular dynamics. Our backgrounds span materials science and engineering (Ph.D.), statistics (M.Sc.), and software development, giving us a blend of deep physics intuition, rigorous data thinking, and robust tooling.

We were trained in leading research environments including Sabancı University, Bilkent University, the Technical University of Munich, and the University of Arizona, and we bring around a decade of hands-on experience in molecular simulations, FEP, and mechanism-driven modeling. Along the way, we’ve contributed to peer-reviewed publications and collaborations that sharpened one core habit: stay close to the physics, and make the numbers genuinely decision-worthy.

Today, we operate as a remote-first studio based between Türkiye and Germany, working with teams who want more than black-box output. We design, run, and interpret FEP and time-resolved MD workflows so that your scientists can actually act on them. We stay small on purpose—close to the work, responsive when it matters, and quietly obsessed with getting both the physics and the details right. Above all, we deliver.
